Anti-spam policy
Outtake does not send, and strictly prohibits any employee, customer, affiliate, partner, or other third party from sending, unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam") that advertises, promotes, or links to outtake.ai or any of its services.
Specifically:
We do not purchase, rent, or use harvested, scraped, or third-party email lists to promote our website or services.
All marketing and outreach email sent on behalf of Outtake.ai is sent only to recipients who have opted in, have an existing business relationship with us, or otherwise have a reasonable expectation of contact under applicable law (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
Every commercial email we send includes a working, honored unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism, and opt-out requests are processed promptly.
Affiliates, resellers, and partners are contractually prohibited from advertising outtake.ai through unsolicited email, and violations may result in termination of the relationship.
We investigate reports of abuse involving our domain or brand and take corrective action, including removing offending content or terminating accounts responsible for violations.
